Fintech Authorization

MAPLE Abogados was the law firm in charge of managing and obtaining from the CNBV one of the first authorizations for a Mexican-American joint venture to operate as a Financial Technology Institution.

Automotive Financial Institution

Lawyers entrusted with obtaining the authorizations from the Ministry of Finance (SHCP), the Bank of Mexico (Banxico) and the National Securities Commission for the incorporation in Mexico of a French automotive finance company of international dimension in Mexico.
